These and so many other hymns of praise are inspired by a man named Jesus — the living, breathing incarnation of God’s Son, born a living sacrifice for us.
He is not a myth. He is more than mere legend. Jesus Christ became flesh so He could one day bear the weight of our sins on the cross at Calvary, offering us a path to redemption in the bargain.
We are rescued by Jesus, and every day since is different for mankind because of His death and resurrection.
Hallelujah to the Risen King!
