Connection Night Bible Study!
Starting September 3, Connection Night will begin a Bible Study based on season one of "The Chosen". The Chosen is a historical drama television series about the life and ministry of Jesus, primarily set in Judea and Galilee in the first century. The series depicts Jesus's life through the eyes of the people who interacted with him, including the apostles and disciples of Jesus, Jewish religious leaders, Roman government and military officials, and ordinary people. The series currently consists of five seasons, with seven seasons being planned. Along with the show, there is a Bible companion study for each season.
Who is this for? Anyone who has or hasn't watched the series.
Where can I watch Season One? Currently available on Amazon Prime, the official Chosen App that can be streamed on Roku, Apple TV and Amazon Fire TV, BYUtv.org, or The Chosen's YouTube Channel
Where can I purchase the interactive Bible Study? Hobby Lobby or Amazon. We will also have some available the first night!
What's next: Join us Wednesday, September 3 for food, fellowship and viewing! We will watch the first episode of Season 1 on the projector together! We will continue to meet every 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month through December.
Join Crossroads Lutheran Church and The Station Coffee Co for the rest of July thru August 31 for a School Supply Drive supporting Florence Unified School District teachers and students! Some examples of needed items: Notebooks, pencils, crayons, backpacks, sanitizer!
Please bring donations to the Church building in San Tan Valley or to The Station Coffee Co in Florence!
