The Fellowship of God

Intro:

Christ’s blood purchased intimate access into the God’s Presence. God is a Father Who delights in spending time with His children. There is no greater honor in all creation than to have fellowship with Him. Allow these scriptures to inspire you afresh to enjoy the privilege of friendship with God.

Prayer:

Father, I thank You for Your friendship. You are a friend Who is always there. Your love is unfailing and Your Presence is a shelter. When I draw near to You, I am strengthened and find hope. You are the One Who bears my burdens and gives me counsel when my path is hard. “My heart trusts in Him, and I am helped.” You are the Good Shepherd and Your love is beyond measure.
I rejoice that You are personal, not a God Who is far off but One Who is near. Your name is Faithful and True. You will not leave me or forsake me. I rejoice in the security which I have found in Your love. I draw near to enjoy sweet fellowship with You. “The LORD is my strength and my shield; My heart trusts in Him, and I am helped; Therefore my heart exults, And with my song I shall thank Him.” -Psalm 28:7
