God made every nation to worship Him. This Psalm can easily connect with Revelation 7:9, where every nation, tribe and tongue are gathered around the throne of God in praise and worship. It seems that God delights in ethnic diversity, for heaven will be a multi-cultural place! This has been in His heart from the beginning.
