Zechariah was an old man by the time the angel appeared to him. It was hard for him to believe that his wife Elizabeth could get pregnant with a son, but the angel reminds him that nothing is too difficult for God. Do you feel like you are past your prime? Be encouraged, for despite our culture’s obsession with youth, God has called people in their latter years to do amazing things. Don’t be afraid and don’t think for a moment that your age hinders you from being used of God.
