ONE COMMUNITY AWAY In this series we're unpacking what it means to be the selfless covenanted people of God.  This week we're focusing on our sense of being a community.  The church has an anchor to hold onto in a turbulent world, and we share that hope with our communities.  Let's regroup as a community by highlighting the importance of spiritual community, genuine accountability, authentic support of one another. SCRIPTURE TEXTS   Philippians 4:10-14 2 Samuel 9:13 Acts 2:42-47 HUDDLE/DISCUSSION QUESTIONS  What is one thing that stood out to you from this week’s message? Do you think there is relational poverty in our community? What do you think God wants you to do about it?  What excites you about being part of a faith community?  What fears do you have about being part of a faith community?  What flaws do you have that others in community can help to strengthen?  WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW LET'S GO HEAD TO HEAD!!!  Generosity Bowl '23 is underway! Crossroads is not a membership congregation but rather a covenantal one.  Choosing to become a covenant disciple of Jesus at Crossroads means Crossroads becomes your spiritual home and community. Each January we ask our Crossroads community to prayerfully discern God's call to commit or recommit to being a Covenant Disciple.  During this season (Jan. 1 - Feb. 5) come hear about how God is leading Crossroads. We will share exciting stories and future directions as we start a new year together.  Make plans to be present for worship in person or online during this season.
