Keep the Promise Clear

April 27, 2024

“I rejoice in your promise like one who finds great spoil.”

Psalms 119:162

Yesterday I shared the importance of writing down your God-given dreams, visions, goals, and ideas. You will gain a clearer vision of what you want and who you want to be as you write or record them. Yet, there is a cost associated with implementing what God has given you. Your daily discipline and the thoughts you think determine the price. That effort to grow has a real cost and price...

How to Have a "Greater Things" Life
This Week's Episode

Pastor Bobby teaches that Jesus commands us to do greater things than He did, and the scriptures give us two ways on how to do that, with today’s message, “How to Have a “Greater Things” Life.”
Jess Connolly is an author who has written several books in the last decade. She and her husband, Nick, also planted Bright City Church in Charleston, South Carolina. Her new book, Tired of Being Tired: Receive God’s Realistic Rest for Your Soul-Deep Exhaustion, helps women identify fatigue and shows how to create a lifestyle that includes sustainable rest.
The Hour of Power Choir and Worship Team, featuring vocalist Juan Castaneda and directed by Steve Caudill, performs “In the Sanctuary” (Kurt Carr; arr: Dave Williamson). The choir is accompanied by the Hour of Power Orchestra, Dr. Philip Hoch on organ and Susan Caudill on piano.

Let This Beautifully Adorned Prayer Cross Be a Powerful Reminder of the Resurrection.
This Week's Offer

He is risen! And because He lives, His resurrection power is working in your life every day! Now is the perfect time to invite Jesus to make every part of you come alive. Easter offers us the opportunity to embrace the truth that through the blood He shed, every cross this life inflicts can be resurrected.

Our Lord took upon Himself the full spectrum of pain, loss, and heartbreak common to being human and declared His finished work before He bowed His head in death. Three days later, with no fanfare, He got up from His grave, left it sitting empty, and went on doing the work of His Kingdom. Because He overcame, he offered us an opportunity to do the same.

As we celebrate the resurrection of our Lord and Savior, we are drawn to the power and symbolism of the CROSS. Jesus gave us a special gift when He sacrificed Himself so that our sins would be forgiven. The cross reflects His faith, His hope, His love, and His forgiveness.

As a reminder of the power of the cross to impart new life, we have a very special offer for you. For your gift of just $25 or more, we will send you the beautiful floral Faith, Hope, Love Prayer Cross

As a bonus, you will receive our New Believer Bookmark which offers a great way to share your faith with a friend or loved one. The front features the words of John 3:16, and the back has a QR code that links to our New Believer website, where the plan of salvation is outlined and faith-building resources are offered.

Tuck your prayers into the cross, take a deep breath, and let God’s Living Water wash over you.
