Healthy Boundaries

April 6, 2024

“The Lord protects and preserves them— they are counted among the blessed in the land— he does not give them over to the desire of their foes.”

Psalms 41:2

As I emphasized yesterday, it is not a matter of whether or not you serve, but rather about how others perceive your service. Each of us by God's design, has a unique thumbprint, a different string of DNA that makes us who we are. You will be able to uncover the needs of each individual with God's help so that your impact can be exponential...

Starting Over: A Guide to Rebuilding Your Life
This Week's Episode

Pastor Bobby’s encouragement today is to take care of the roots; of what people don’t see, of your thoughts and your heart, of who you’re becoming, and everything else will take care of itself, with his message: “Starting Over: A Guide to Rebuilding Your Life.”
Dr. Ryan Rush is a pastor and author who is very passionate about family. He currently serves as the pastor of Kingsland Baptist Church in Katy, Texas, and has also served as Adjunct Professor at Liberty University. His new book, Restore the Table: Discovering the Powerful Connections of Meaningful Mealtimes, looks at how shared meals can be transformative to families and relationships.

Originally from Australia, her family moved to the United States when she was a teenager, and her career took off shortly after. She has made over 20 albums and has also collaborated in songwriting for her brothers’ Grammy-winning music group, for KING & COUNTRY. Today, Rebecca performs, “Battle is the Lord’s” (Tedd Tjornhom; Heath Balltzglier; Rebecca St. James; Seth Condrey) and “Kingdom Come” (Seth Mosley; Luke Smallbone; Joel D. Let This Beautifully Adorned Prayer Cross Be a Powerful Reminder of the Resurrection.
This Week's Offer

He is risen! And because He lives, His resurrection power is working in your life every day! Now is the perfect time to invite Jesus to make every part of you come alive. Easter offers us the opportunity to embrace the truth that through the blood He shed, every cross this life inflicts can be resurrected.

Our Lord took upon Himself the full spectrum of pain, loss, and heartbreak common to being human and declared His finished work before He bowed His head in death. Three days later, with no fanfare, He got up from His grave, left it sitting empty, and went on doing the work of His Kingdom. Because He overcame, he offered us an opportunity to do the same.

As we celebrate the resurrection of our Lord and Savior, we are drawn to the power and symbolism of the CROSS. Jesus gave us a special gift when He sacrificed Himself so that our sins would be forgiven. The cross reflects His faith, His hope, His love, and His forgiveness.

As a reminder of the power of the cross to impart new life, we have a very special offer for you. For your gift of just $25 or more, we will send you the beautiful floral Faith, Hope, Love Prayer Cross

As a bonus, you will receive our New Believer Bookmark which offers a great way to share your faith with a friend or loved one. The front features the words of John 3:16, and the back has a QR code that links to our New Believer website, where the plan of salvation is outlined and faith-building resources are offered.

Tuck your prayers into the cross, take a deep breath, and let God’s Living Water wash over you.
