Sign-Up to help God's ministry at Crossroads by serving on one of our Ministry Teams: 

Welcoming/New Member/Hospitality Team

Help organize & orchestrate reaching out and welcoming ALL people within the church and in the larger community, including organizing greeters and connecting with people who fill out connection cards.

Social Team

Help organize & orchestrate  our Social gatherings within the church community and in the larger community.

Outreach/Faith in Action Team

Help organize & orchestrate serving our neighbors within the church and in the larger community.

Education/Faith Formation Team

Help organize & orchestrate our Educational Faith Formation opportunities within the church and in the larger community, including Kid’s City.

Worship Team

Help organize & orchestrate worship within the church and in the larger community.

Finance & Stewardship Team

Help organize & orchestrate how we use our time, talents and treasures for ministry, including budget planning and auditing and helping the church treasurer when needed. 

Prayer Team

Help organize & orchestrate prayer ministry within the church and in the larger community.

Help organize & orchestrate ministry for The Station Coffee Co within the church and in the larger community of Florence.

Order your Crossroads Lutheran Church gear today!  We have updated the logo and will be placing an order for new t-shirts!  There are many new options:  V-neck, long sleeve, kids etc.  All options are not pictured!  We will not be ordering any "extra" shirts, so please get your order in before the September 30 deadline!

All orders will ship to the church and be distributed from there!

MEET GOD
MEET FRIENDS
Join us for discussion and fellowship as we discuss the remaining chapters (8-10) in the book "I Think You're Wrong (But I'm Listening).  Haven't read the book?  No problem!  Join us anyways!

How long have you been in Arizona?  2013-2017 for college (Go Sun Devils), then moved back in January 2020
Year round or winter disciple? Year round 
How long have you been a member of Crossroads? 2.5 years  
What's your favorite memory of attending Crossroads? The congregation being so welcoming of Emma, even when she fusses during service, and baptizing Declan this last Easter. 
What are you currently involved in at Crossroads and outside of Crossroads? I help with Kids City and am part of the Call Committee at Crossroads. Outside of Crossroads, I work full time as a registered nurse and the rest of the time is spent with my babies. 
What do you enjoy doing in your free time? I love reading, specifically historical fiction! 
What is one item on your bucket list? Travel to Austria to see where my grandfather was born and lived for 3 years before immigrating to the United States.

Florence Makes a Difference Day is a vibrant event that offers a variety of projects for residents and volunteers to participate in. From local clean-up to beautification, and everything in between, there’s something for everyone! Projects may include cleaning, painting, collecting litter, digging, planting, etc. We are going to volunteer as a church group together so please Sign-Up at church or by emailing admin@iamcrossroads.org.
STATION COFFEE CO. HAPPENINGS
The Station Coffee Co. is in need of a part time Barista. No experience required but must be able to work Saturdays and some evenings! If you are or know anyone looking for a job, please come to The Station and grab an application. You can call them or talk with Lisa Parrish at church too!
