Because the world hates truth, and Jesus is the Truth. The darkness cannot stand the Light, so it does everything possible to ridicule, distort, and diminish Him. This is nothing new. Galatians 6:7 reminds us: “Do not be deceived: God is not mocked, for whatever one sows, that will he also reap.” Every sneer, every joke, every attack against Christ is sowing seeds of destruction that will one day be reaped in full. Jesus will not be mocked—period. But let’s not miss this: mockery is proof of His power. Nobody wastes time attacking what isn’t a threat. People don’t mock Buddha, Muhammad, or New Age spirituality like they mock Jesus. Why? Because none of those false gods expose sin. None demand repentance. None declare, “I am the way, the truth, and the life.” The ridicule is evidence that Satan is terrified, and he’s using society as his megaphone. Yet for all their laughter, their time is short. Every tongue will confess, and every knee will bow—whether willingly or in terror—at the name of Jesus Christ. So how do we respond? Not with silence, not with retreat, and not with compromise. We respond by doubling down on truth. We wear His name boldly. We speak His Word unapologetically. We refuse to laugh along, nod in agreement, or cower in the corner. Mockers may have the microphone now, but they won’t have the final word. Jesus Christ does. And when that day comes, I want it on record that I stood with Him. Do you? The Dangers of Pornography - Breaking Chains & Restoring Hope Friday, September 19th Release Date Pornography is destroying lives, families, and futures. It rewires the brain, poisons relationships, and keeps men and women chained in shame. It’s not harmless “entertainment”—it’s a weapon of the enemy meant to enslave and keep people from the abundant life Christ offers. Jesus said, “But I tell you that anyone who looks at a woman lustfully has already committed adultery with her in his heart” (Matthew 5:28). Porn is adultery of the eyes and heart. It robs us of purity, intimacy, and purpose. It must be exposed for the destructive evil it is. But there’s hope. The Bible says, “So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed” (John 8:36). No addiction is stronger than Jesus. He is not ashamed of you. He’s not disgusted by you. He bled for you, He died for you, and He will break those chains if you surrender them at His feet. The world says, “You can’t stop. It’s who you are.” That’s a lie from hell. In Christ, you are a new creation. The Spirit of God inside of you is infinitely stronger than the pull of lust. I’ve seen men and women walk out of the darkness of pornography and into the light of holiness, restored marriages, and renewed hope. It takes confession, accountability, and the relentless pursuit of Christ, but freedom is possible. Don’t settle for being a prisoner when the cell door is already open. Run to Jesus. Let Him burn the filth out of your life and replace it with real love, peace, and joy. Porn kills. Christ restores. Choose freedom. Choose life. Choose Him.
