Dear Peter,
I hope this email finds you well. I want to reach out to you about a cancer faith-based group that I believe may be of interest to you. It is a support group that is led by a survivor who is also a well-trained lay counselor.
As someone who has personally experienced the challenges of cancer, she understands the importance of having a support system during this difficult time. She has dedicated her time and energy to leading this group to ensure that others have access to the same type of support that helped her through her own journey.
If you or someone you know is interested in joining this support group, they are more than welcome to be part of this hybrid group which will be both in person and online for those who are not able to meet in person. Please find the link HERE for registration and for more information.
The group will be meeting every Tuesday at Fairfax Church at 7:00pm. This is a 7-week group starting on May 2nd, 2023 and the leader of the group will be there to welcome you and answer any questions you may have.
We believe that this group will provide valuable emotional support and guidance to those who have been affected by cancer.
