Dear Peter, By now, you should have received your Washington National Cathedral 2025 Calendar via postal mail. We chose the theme “A Better Way” because it’s so urgent for all of us to practice humility and grace in these unprecedented times. If we’re going to heal our nation, we need to find new ways of being together, new ways of relating to one another that respect our differences and honor our sacredness, because we are all the beloved children of God. We need to acknowledge that we may not always be right and to speak less and listen more. Your Cathedral is working hard to create opportunities for listening and dialogue, and to use our voice at the intersection of faith and civic life to lead our nation in a better way.
