Hi everyone,
The Scriptures for this Sunday are rich nuggets of Biblical wisdom! The wise know that we all die; fools live as if there are no limits. So storing up treasures for ourselves, "greed", counts as vanity and chasing after wind, and that vanity does become a source of our despair. Instead, Luke's Gospel urges us to be "rich toward God".
