MEET GOD
JOIN US ON YOUTUBE LIVE FOR SUNDAY SERVICE

This Sunday we look deep into the first of our four "ancient paths" laid out by the early Church in Acts 2 - "They dedicated themselves to the Apostles' teaching."  It always has and always will be about Jesus, the Word of God, who gives his life for sinners, revealed to us in scripture and proclaimed boldly.  That's how disciples are made and that's how we are formed into a community of evangelists - that is to say, "good news tellers" who are eager to share, "This is what God has done for me..."  Let's learn how, together.

MEET FRIENDS
Connection Night Bible Study!  The 1st and 3rd Wednesday through December!

Through December, Connection Night will entail a Bible Study based on season one of "The Chosen".  The Chosen is a historical drama television series about the life and ministry of Jesus, primarily set in Judea and Galilee in the first century.  The series depicts Jesus's life through the eyes of the people who interacted with him, including the apostles and disciples of Jesus, Jewish religious leaders, Roman government and military officials, and ordinary people.  The series currently consists of five seasons, with seven seasons being planned.  Along with the show, there is a Bible companion study for each season.

Who is this for?  Anyone who has or hasn't watched the series.  Invite your neighbors and friends!

Where can I watch Season One?  Currently available on Amazon Prime, the official Chosen App that can be streamed on Roku, Apple TV and Amazon Fire TV, BYUtv.org, or The Chosen's YouTube Channel

Where can I purchase the interactive Bible Study?  Hobby Lobby or Amazon.  We will also have some available at the event!

What's next:  Join us on the first and 3rd Wednesday through December for food, fellowship and viewing!  We will watch each episode of Season 1 on the projector together!

Want to join via Zoom?  The first meeting will be on Wednesday, September 17 at 10:00 am AZ time.  If you are unable to participate in person on Wednesday because you don’t like driving at night, or are a winter disciple, contact Lelia Redin at leliaredin@yahoo.com.  Send her your email address and your mailing address.  The Study Guide will be mailed to the address you provide or you can purchase it yourself on Amazon.  The book is called, The Chosen:  An Interactive Bible Study, Season 1 by Amanda Jenkins, Dallas Jenkins and Douglas S. Huffman.  Prior to September 17, please watch the first episode of "The Chosen”.
