You don’t have to do “even more”
You don’t have to do “even more”
Haven’t you always wanted to “do something for God”?
And by that, I don’t mean adding yet another appointment to your calendar when you already have way too much on your plate. No. Maybe your “more” is praying for others. Because in case you’ve forgotten:
Your prayer has so much power that it scares the devil.
So feel free to scare him more often. 😉
But what if we turned the tables and asked ourselves: “What am I currently doing that really has eternal value?” You’d be surprised to see how much you’re already doing that brings God joy!
Watching the grandkids, for example: Yes—that’s love in action!
Helping out at church: That too!
Because love lived out has great spiritual value (see 1 Corinthians 13:1-3).
Don’t forget that God is love. And wherever you live out love, God is to be found.
Even when you simply listen to someone, you’re fulfilling God’s desire: “Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ.” (Galatians 6:2)
➡️ Maybe your “more” isn’t something new, but a new perspective on what you’ve been doing all along.
God overlooks nothing. No prayer. No love. No faithfulness.
And maybe today isn’t the day to do even MORE, but to go DEEPER right where you already are.
Do the people you interact with know that God doesn’t just love you, but them too?
Do they know they could take time to talk with you calmly about faith?
Do they know that you’d love to take them to church with you?
Once again: don’t forget that God is love—and wherever you live out love, God is to be found.
…make Him visible to EVERYONE around you. Through you!
You are a miracle!
