A Prayer for Life Transitions Moving. Starting a new job. The beginning or end of a relationship. Trying out a new church. Having a kid. Adopting a dog.  Life is full of transitions. And transitions are, well, hard. They can cause stress and anxiety. They require new conversations with new people, and sometimes those conversations are rather awkward as we navigate personalities we haven’t dealt with before. Even when we’re excited about a change, adapting to new life rhythms makes us feel like a plant that’s been uprooted and replanted in new soil. We can feel rather unsettled, and it takes time to let our roots adjust to a new environment before we feel stable again.  So whatever transition you’re facing, here’s a Scripture and a prayer that helps us trust the steady hand of our faithful God.
