God Sees Your Giving! You know what became clear to me these past few days? If I hadn’t been willing to give back then, I wouldn’t be standing here today. And if I had given up back then, I wouldn’t be standing here today. Let me explain… Because maybe you’re standing at that very point right now, asking yourself: “Is it even worth it anymore?” There was a season when I suddenly went viral in the media as “the singing flight attendant.” For a brief moment, I truly believed: “My time has come! God is going to use me!” But just as quickly as the attention came, it disappeared. And doubt got loud: “Do you really think anyone wants to hear your music?” It was at that exact time that I stood in a large hall in the Netherlands and heard about the ministry, Compassion, for the first time. I was deeply moved to learn that there are children who aren’t dreaming of fame. They simply need financial support to survive. And even though my own situation, including financially, looked bleak, I made a decision that day to invest not in myself, but in someone else. I chose to believe for someone else at a time when it felt like no one believed in me. And THAT became a heavenly turning point. Because later I learned this: When I invest in others, I don’t lose. I actually gain. Who would have thought that about 15 years later, I would stand on stages like the one I once sat in—with my own music—as a Heart Ambassador for Compassion? What “no one could have imagined,” God had already seen. And along the way, He helped me understand: You can always give, and God will not overlook you. Scripture really is true! “A generous person will prosper; whoever refreshes others will be refreshed.” (Proverbs 11:25, NIV) God sees your giving. He has not overlooked you. You are a miracle!
