God of Hope

Intro:

Jesus is the God of Hope. When everything looks dark and futile that’s the making for a God testimony. Our prayers to Him can create a wonderful change. Let’s review the following Bible verses and pray with expectation.

Prayer:

Jesus, You are the God of Hope. Nothing is too difficult for You. Your love is steadfast, and Your ear is open to my prayers. I come before Your throne now through Christ’s blood. I bring _____________________, (name of Christian leader) and I loose Your blessing upon him/her. Jesus, I ask that Your nearness would be abundantly supplied, Your peace, Your wisdom, Your strength. I ask that You would place a fresh crown of compassion on _______________, that he/she would have Your heart for the people.
For all the burdens he/she bears, I ask You to put a new song in his/her heart, a song of refreshing, lifting the yoke and bringing a new strength for the work at hand. I ask that You would bring others to help bear the burden of the ministry. And I pray that You would manifest Yourself in fresh power as the God of Hope.
Scripture:
Romans 15:13 “Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that you may abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.”

Psalms 5:11 “But let all who take refuge in Thee be glad, Let them ever sing for joy; And mayest Thou shelter them, That those who love Thy name may exult in Thee.”
Psalms 103:4-5 “Who redeems your life from the pit; Who crowns you with lovingkindness and compassion; Who satisfies your years with good things, [So that] your youth is renewed like the eagle.”
